These terms govern the booking of stays at the Miradomos domes and the purchase of gift vouchers through the website. By completing a booking or purchase, you accept these terms.
Bookings are made by selecting dates, dome and number of guests in the booking engine. Voucher purchases are made through the vouchers page. In both cases you will receive an email confirmation once payment is complete.
Prices are shown in euros with applicable taxes included. Payment is made by card through a secure payment gateway. A booking is not considered confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
Cancellation, date-change and refund conditions are detailed in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. As these are accommodation services for specific dates, the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.l of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act).
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are subject to availability at the time of redemption. The specific conditions of each voucher are stated at the time of purchase and in the Cancellation Policy.
Complaint forms are available to customers. You may address any complaint to reservas@miradomos.com. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The domes are fitted with air conditioning and heating for your comfort. During intense heat, the air conditioning cools the dome considerably compared with the outside; however, as a unique glazed accommodation set in the heart of nature, the indoor temperature also depends on the conditions of the day. On days when outdoor temperatures approach 37 °C, the interior will stay cool and comfortable, though temperatures typical of a conventional enclosed space should not be expected. It is a natural feature of this kind of stay, and we trust it will be part of its charm.
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable consumer protection regulations.
