Privacy policy.

Your data is yours. Here we explain, clearly and without fine print, who processes it, why, and how you can control it.

01

The controller of your data is NATRÚSTICA, S.L. ('Miradomos'), Spanish tax ID B-01879089, registered at C/ Pedro Soto 15, 42300 El Burgo de Osma (Soria, Spain).

02

What data we process and why

  • Bookings and stays: name, email, phone, dates and data needed to manage your booking, stay and invoicing.
  • Contact form and WhatsApp: the data you provide so we can answer your enquiry.
  • Gift vouchers: buyer and, where applicable, recipient data, to issue and manage the voucher.
  • Browsing: technical and usage data for analytics and improvement, as set out in our cookie policy.
03

Legal basis

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): managing your booking, stay and vouchers.
  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a): answering enquiries, communications you authorise and non-essential cookies.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c): tax, accounting and traveller-registration duties.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f): website security and service improvement.
04

How long we keep it

We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules require records to be kept for the established number of years). Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle it.

05

Who we share them with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers acting as processors under contract and safeguards: booking engine, payment gateway, web hosting, email, messaging and analytics. Also with public authorities where the law requires it (tax duties and traveller registration).

06

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we require appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

07

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to reservas@miradomos.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

08

Cookies

We use necessary technical cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can configure or reject non-essential cookies from the cookie notice and your browser settings.

09

Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
