01 · Standard Rate
Cancellation with refund by notice period.
If your booking was made under the Standard Rate, the refund amount depends on when you notify us of the cancellation. Deadlines are calculated relative to check-in time (4:00 PM on the arrival day).
15 or more days before: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 7 days before: no refund.
Why these tiers. The closer the arrival date, the less margin we have to resell the stay. The first tier covers your flexibility at no cost; the second shares the risk evenly; the third compensates for the inability to reassign the dome.
02 · Non-Refundable Rate
Cheaper, no turning back.
The Non-Refundable Rate is offered at a lower price precisely because you waive the right to cancel or modify. It's the right choice when you have the date locked in and prefer to pay less.
No refund will be issued under any commercial circumstances, not even partially.
Date changes are not allowed, nor are changes to the lead guest.
The only applicable exception is the force majeure cases set out in section 4, duly documented.
03 · Date changes
Changing the date of your booking.
Date changes on the Standard Rate follow the same rules as cancellation, since they involve releasing the reserved inventory and blocking new nights. They are always subject to availability, and if the new date has a higher rate, the difference is paid.

The new date must be used within 12 months of the originally booked date. Only one change per booking is allowed.
04 · Force majeure
When things get in the way.
Force majeure refers to events that are unforeseeable and unavoidable, recognised as such under article 1105 of the Spanish Civil Code and Supreme Court case law. In these cases, when duly documented, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, a free date change — including on the Non-Refundable Rate.
Sudden death or serious illness of the guest or a close family member (spouse or partner, children, parents, legal guardians, grandparents or siblings).
Serious injuries preventing the guest from travelling or the host from providing accommodation.
Major natural disasters or severe adverse weather affecting the destination or departure location.
Urgent travel restrictions or serious security alerts issued by competent national or international authorities after the booking date.
An endemic illness declared by a reliable authority (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, World Health Organization or equivalent bodies).
Serious damage to the property or maintenance issues affecting the host's ability to guarantee a safe stay.
Civic obligations imposed by the authorities after the booking date (jury duty, court summons, military or government obligations).
How to document it. To invoke force majeure we request official proof (medical certificate, medical report, administrative resolution, court summons or equivalent). We ask for this out of respect for other guests and to keep the process efficient.
05 · No-show and early departure
If you don't arrive, or you leave early.
No-show (not arriving without notice): equivalent to a same-day cancellation. The full amount is forfeit on both rates.
Late arrival: if you'll arrive outside check-in hours (4:00 – 9:00 PM), let us know by WhatsApp or phone and we'll arrange access at no charge.
Early departure: nights booked but not used are not refunded. We will help with logistics if you need to leave early due to an unexpected reason.
06 · How to cancel
Three ways to do it.
The cancellation or modification takes effect the moment we receive it through any of these channels. The date and time of receipt is what counts for applying the deadlines.
Bookings made on external platforms (Booking, Airbnb, etc.): cancellations are processed through the platform itself, under its own terms.
Confirmation. Every request receives a reply within 24 business hours. If you don't hear back, please contact us again — there may be a technical issue with the email.
07 · Refund timing and method
When and how you get it.
Processing time: between 7 and 14 business days from cancellation confirmation.
Payment method: refunds are always issued through the same channel and to the same account or card used for the booking.
Gateway fees: processing fees (payment gateway, bank) are not refunded, as they are not handled by Miradomos.
Gift vouchers: refund issued as a named voucher valid for 12 months, if the cancellation is requested by the voucher holder.
08 · Gift vouchers
Specific policy for vouchers.
Miradomos gift vouchers follow their own policy, designed so the recipient can redeem them with plenty of margin and at their own pace.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Within that period they can be redeemed for any available date.
Once redeemed for specific dates, the resulting booking is governed by the Standard Rate policy.
Vouchers are not refundable for cash but can be transferred to another person.
If Miradomos permanently closes, unredeemed vouchers are refunded in full.
Frequently asked questions
Questions before you book.
How do I know which rate I chose when booking?+
Your booking confirmation email clearly states the rate (Standard or Non-Refundable). It also appears in your booking management panel. If unsure, email reservas@miradomos.com and we'll confirm right away.
How much do I save with the Non-Refundable Rate?+
The Non-Refundable Rate is roughly 10% cheaper than the Standard Rate. The exact saving is shown during booking based on the dome and dates selected.
Can I change the lead guest's name?+
Yes on the Standard Rate, up to 48 hours before check-in, at no cost. The Non-Refundable Rate does not allow lead guest changes.
If it rains or snows, is that force majeure?+
Only if it qualifies as officially declared severe weather (e.g. orange or red alert by Spain's AEMET) that prevents access to the accommodation. Routine rain or cold typical of the area are part of the glamping experience and do not constitute force majeure.
I booked through Booking. Does this policy apply?+
No. Bookings made through external platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia and similar) are governed by the platform's own cancellation terms. This policy applies only to direct bookings on miradomos.com or by phone.
Can I cancel only some of the guests?+
The dome price is per accommodation unit, not per person, so reducing the number of occupants does not change the rate or trigger a refund. If you need to move part of the group to a different dome, get in touch and we'll see what we can adjust.
What if Miradomos cancels my booking?+
If for reasons attributable to Miradomos we cannot host you (a serious technical issue, property damage, etc.), we refund 100% of the amount on any rate and, when possible, offer alternatives (another dome, moving to equivalent dates with an added discount).

Got questions?
Better to call us than cancel blind. Sometimes moving the date or adjusting the plan solves things without losing the booking.
